Joe Wrinn, SIOR Vice President and partner of Goodfellow-Ashmore Commercial Real Estate, the area's oldest commercial real estate firm, has been active in the field for over eighteen years. During his tenure he has completed 600 transactions, valuing in excess of five hundred million dollars. This past year Joe was the top producer in the firm and has held the distinction for ten of the past eleven years.
Joe is past Danbury Chapter President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Connecticut Association of Realtors; a member of the Northern Fairfield County Board of Realtors; the National Association of Realtors and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He also serves on the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; the Chambers Small Business Advisory Council; and the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Workforce Investment Board.
Locally raised and educated, Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut. He currently resides in Woodbury with his wife and two sons.
