Mario Longobucco joined Goodfellow Ashmore CORFAC International in 2006 as a Sales Associate handling commercial and industrial leasing and sales in Litchfield and Hartford County. Over the past year, Mario has specialized in the commercial market in Torrington and the surrounding areas, bringing with him a knowledge that only a life long resident of the area can possess. He acts as the exclusive agent for a prominent nationally known brand name in the area and looks forward to building his expanding list of satisfied clients.

Mario brings a diversified background, both as a small business owner and as a project manager for a number of area general and interior contractors for the past 25 years.These experiences allow Mario to bring a unique and all encompassing approach to Commercial and Industrial real estate in our area.

Mario resides in Torrington with his wife Diane, daughter Alyssa, and son Brett. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Torrington Youth Soccer Association. He currently is the President of the Torrington High School Boy's Soccer Parents Group and a member of the newly formed FieldTurf Committee for The Torrington High School. He is a licensed soccer coach and has coached hundreds of youth, high school and college players over the past 25 years. Additionally he is a longtime member of The Elks Club, as well as The Chamber of Commerce, The CT Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors.
